Instructions for the STAR Online Tracking System

How to administer the STAR program:

  1. Each week the administrator of the program will access their company’s program administration secure site www.starnsi.com.
  2. At this site, the administrator can manage all aspects of the program.

    1. At the Administration tab, he/she can edit all group and employee information.

    2. At the Reports tab, he/she can print both individual and group scorecards.  The individual scorecards show the points earned by each employee for the Current Period, Year to Date, and Life to Date.  The group scorecard will give a summary for the entire group to aid with managerial decisions and monitoring group performance.

    3. At the Issuance tab, he/she will issue points on a weekly basis to all employees participating in the program.  Usually points are awarded for individual Weekly Safety & Attendance, individual Monthly Safety and Attendance, and Monthly Group Safety.  Additional point options can be added if desired.  For example:  Birthday, Term of Service, How’s My Driving, House Keeping, Extra Effort, etc.  It only takes minutes, once per week to complete an issuance.

Each administrator receives extensive training, and technical support is just a phone call or email away.
